- parcels are delivered by your own countries normal postal system. You can track your parcel through Royal Mail track and trace service.

DHL USA ONLY - special delivery is now available via DHL on a 2-4 day service (most parcels are delivery in 2 days), the items will be delivered to your door, this is prepaid in the UK. There may be duty payable in the USA, I am unable to advise a price on this at the moment. For DHL to other destinations, please enquire first for a quote.

UK Delivery Special delivery (UK only) is not guaranteed for Saturday delivery by Royal Mail, although in our experience 99% do arrive on the Saturday morning. The Design Station cannot be held responsible for non delivery on a Saturday. If you require your items in a hurry, please do not use Normal Post, as if you item is delayed or lost, we are unable to issue a replacement seal and claim for loss for 30 working days - please use the 'Guaranteed Next Day' Delivery service. We can not accept responsibility for delayed parcels, or for parcels that have been delivered to an incorrectly supplied address.

Loss of Goods in Transit.
All goods are covered up to the value of £30 via normal mail or Airsure, items of higher value include extra insurance. Should customers not be available to receive goods on delivery the goods may be either left without signature or returned to the carriers depot. Liability will then be with the customer. In the event Royal Mail deem the parcel to be lost, The Design Station Ltd will offer a full refund or replacement once we are able to place a claim with them for the loss of goods. Please note orders can take time to trace and refunds or replacements cannot be issued until all efforts have been made to trace the parcel.
