we can then process your credit card payment for you.
Protx accepts the following credit and debit cards

CHEQUE ~ Please email the details of your order,
we will then confirm the amount payable. Cheques should
be made payable to: 'The Design Station Ltd.' and
forwarded to the address below. Please note: Stock
items can only be reserved for 7 days pending arrival
of payment.
PROTX ~ Paying for your goods is made extremely simple through
Protx a secure payment server. All the major
debit and credit cards can be cleared, including Visa,
MasterCard, Switch,
Delta, Eurocard and AMEX. The service is fully secure,
bank endorsed, and utilises a range of Industry Standard,
and WorldPay unique security systems, combined with
fault tolerant secure server networks and firewalls.
On entering the page you will be asked to enter your
card details, including card number, expiry date and
cardholders name. Please ensure that the information
provided is correct including the contact details
and click on 'Make Payment' to give permission to
complete the payment transaction. Payments are available
in UK£ only .
ORDER
CONFIRMATION & DELIVERY
An
email will be sent confirming completion of your order.. If there are any problems with your
order, The Design Station will contact you to advise
the current stock status. Your order will be shipped
within 24 hours for items in stock, Personalised seals
take approx 2 weeks for delivery unless 'Express Service'
is selected a the time of ordering.
POST & PACKAGING/SHIPPING
The
Design Station can ship to anywhere in the World,
and as the items are relatively small, I believe you
will find shipping prices very reasonable, a full
list of shipping prices can be found on our 'Shipping
Information' page. All wax seal orders are
mailed 'boxed' to prevent breakages.
The
payment details are held by the Internet bank Protx,
we do not store your payment details in any way.
It
is our policy that we do not share any information
regarding our customers with anyone. When you place
an order with us, only personal information (ie. name,
address, telephone number, email) are held by us,
as we may need to reach you should we have a problem
with your order. We may also inform you of new products
and services as they become available. However, we
never sell, rent, or give information about you to
other companies.
If
any Products supplied should be defective or different
from those ordered The Design Station will provide
an immediate full refund or replacement on return
of Products. Goods exchanged or replaced for reasons
other than complaint will be subject to our postage
and packing charges (at cost) as stated by Royal
Mail. A small amount of Import duty may apply in
some Non European countries. Please be aware, if
non receipt is due to failure to pay import duty,
we regret we will be unable to make a refund on
your purchase. In placing your order you do accept
liability for import tax if applicable. We will
not accept responsibility for postal charges or
lost items when returning non-defective goods. If
you return your order for any other reason within
30 days a full refund will be given minus our postage
and packing charge (at cost) as stated by Royal
Mail. All returned non-defective goods must be in
stock condition and in the original packaging. Please
note: Custom Engraved Seals cannot be returned
unless faulty and must be returned within 30 days
of receiving your order. In the circumstance
where we try to deliver your gift but an incorrect
delivery address has been entered on your order
form, we will contact you and offer you the option
to have your order re-delivered, subject to a further
shipping charge (at cost) as stated by Royal Mail.
However, if you decide to cancel your order, we
will refund your total payment excluding delivery

satisfaction is fully guaranteed. You may return any
item that is in a re-saleable condition within 30 days,
and you will receive a refund less carriage. (Custom
Engraved Orders may only be returned if they are faulty
